Rentista Upon approval US $1,000.month/adult + US $500/month/child in the form of interest guaranteed for a period of no less than 5 years Proof required annually that 12 x monthly amount has been converted from US$ to colones. Cannot work Minimum of 3 months/year must be spent in C.R. Cannot be absent from CR more than 6 consecutive months To the closest CR Consulate or Embassy to where applicant lives.
*Resident Investor Pre-approved. Additional approvals not required. 1 time investment of US $100,000. Present proofthat investment has been retained (first 5 years) Work, if desired, without restriction 1 day a year in order to renew status To Dept. of Immigrationhere in Costa Rica or through C.R. consul or embassy
